So I just went again to send mail, this time internationally. I asked a worker on the floors about my options and she said I should weigh my package at the counter and she'll help me get a box and with the paper work if I decide on going through with it. So when I got to the counter, she helped me there and even assisted me on where I can sign all the documents. As I was signing my documents, she got a box and showed me the packaging and packaged it for me and was done even before I was finished writing all I needed to write. I was so prepared and even brought package tape! She then assisted me in front of the line and then I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!! I wanted to personally thank her for being so helpful yesterday and today but she was at the other room trying to help someone else. I heard people saying that they rarely come in the post office and be offered help and be as quick as today but for me, two days straight in a row isn't just coincidence. I hope people will start appreciating this place more and the people working here cuz they really are trying to assist everyone and make things as fast as they can.
PS. There were 3 people working on the counters and 1 on the floor. So I don't really know if the reviews saying there are only 2 people working inside is true or not.
