I have been going to the Starbucks inside Bashas for about 7 months now....and I have to say they are amazing. The manager and the girls that are working there are very personable and always remember what I want and know me by name. They also remember the little things and make it a point to follow up with me and ask me how my day to day life is going. Not only do they make me an amazing drink it is a few moments to disconnect from our busy day and have a real conversation. Honestly where else can you get that these days. The girls here are amazing and I have not stopped at another starbucks since. They have customer service down. It is worth getting out of my car to walk in every time. Thank you ladies for amazing coffee and the reminder that good customer service still exists.
