We had a beautiful room. I didn't like the way the bathroom was laid out, but the room was pretty nice. I love the 5th floor panoramic view of the city!
The staff was very nice. I love the Keurig in the room!
The indoor pool was amazing.
The A/C didn't work and the toilet clogged. Even after we cleared the toilet, it didn't flush well. The other thing I didn't like is that Holiday Inns usually have ceramic coffee mugs and glasses for water, while Holiday Inn Express has paper and plastic cups. This Holiday Inn had the paper and plastic cups.
And, finally, the towels are overdried in their dryer, making them feel stiff as if they had been starched.
The hot tub was out of service. Stains on the couches in the lobby.
