The room was nice. It was clean and big. I'm giving it one star because of how rude the staff is. The supervisor that checked us in was the most unpleasant hotel staff member I've ever encountered.
My biggest complaint... We called ahead of time to make sure dogs were ok and booked the room. It wasn't until we showed up to check in that someone told us there would be a $100 fee for the night to have the dog stay with us. Had someone told us that when we called to check and book the room we certainly would not have stayed here, but at this point we were stuck. It was just a dirty and sleazy move in my book. We stayed from 6pm Saturday until 10am Sunday and it cost us the same amount for our dog to stay in our hotel room as it did for two adults. To me, this is just a rip off.
