Ambiance: This converted gas station to diner has a unique vibe. Perhaps a modern yet retro/relaxed character would best describe it. The large dog friendly patio opens to a super huge service window that services the bar. The place is bigger on the inside than it appears from the outside. Patrons mostly 30 something's and up. Lots white collars on weekdays and a good mix on weekends. Food: Great selection of salads and sandwiches, all well prepared with quality touches but wouldn't go so far as to call it a artisan sandwiches. I had the Caesar salad and Turkey cranberry sandwich both were great! Appreciated the focaccia bread and havarti cheese. Generous portions. Impressive beer/cocktail list as well. Price: At 13 dollars a sandwich I thought it was a bit steep but perhaps it's par for course for the area, not sure as I don't frequent this part of town. Service: I ate at the bar, was well attended to. Food served promptly. Overall: I can see this place as a great spot for a business lunch and cocktail during the week or bring the dog and some friends for a weekend lunch and beer.
