I've never written a negative review on Yelp but .....I liked the doctors and the choices of frames but the fittings for contacts are not covered by insurance and cost more than frames. I thought oh well I prefer glasses so made a new appt for this year then the day of my appt. I was stuck behind traffic so was running late called to tell them to which they said we have 15 min rule I was like I should be close I ran in at 6:01 (5:45 appt) and was told nope your late you can take your husband's spot (6:00appt) Well he needed his appt so no. Unbelievable, multiple people sitting around one of which talking about pet sitting and preferring to be paid under the table SMH
