what a waste of my time.
My arrival window was between 10 and 12. Quarter past 12 I called and asked for an eta. the lady said she would call right back. I waited a half an hour and then called again. I was told he would be there in an hour.
at two, no one had shown up yet. I was then told they would be here no later than 4.
at 430, still no show. so I called agaon and they said he would be here in twenty to thirty minutes.
at 530 the technician called and said he was on his way. I told him not to bother. he was quite rude and hung up on me.
worst customer service.
