I moved here from California in May and am really happy here! The complex is well taken care of, the grounds are amazing! I walk early and late to beat the sun, and it's so safe here. It's gated and there are always guards in golf carts driving around making sure all is well. I have an awesome view of Camelback and am in front of one of the pools, it doesn't get any better! I have always lived in apartments/condo's and like the lifestyle. There are occasional squabbles with neighbors but that happens everywhere, no big deal. It used to be an age restricted community but now all are welcome! It's diverse, and all age groups are here. I really like it and you couldn't want for a better location! Stores are close by, Old Town, it's really in the center of where you want to be. But since it's gated and sits on a ton of land it's like being in a resort. You have the vacation vibe here. Can't say enough!
