I'm sure these guys get lots of emails complaining about their arrangements. At least I imagine that they do if they disappoint everyone like they disappointed and cheated me. What I paid for was the Deluxe arrangement; according to the picture on their website, 20 beautifully arranged red tulips finished with a red satin ribbon. What I received were 14 (half a dozen short of what was shown in the picture AND for what I paid an extra $30) of poorly arranged and well past their prime tulips...and no beautiful ribbon. Just to top it off the name on the card was spelled wrong (it was spelled correctly when I ordered the flowers, I double checked). And it's really nice that the person who wrote the card had the handwriting of a serial killer. I ordered from them because they got some of the best reviews on the internet but for the life of me I can't imagine why anyone would order from them now! I would recommend against ever using this florist. $75 wasted! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD! Shame on you Teleflora
