We stopped for the dancing pig. Split a 3 meat dinner: brisket, pulled pork and sausage with 2 sides: potato salad and Cole slaw. It was really good food. My favorite was the sausage and potato salad. Sausage was pleasantly spicy. The potato salad was made with perfectly cooked red potatoes.
We eat barbeque wherever we travel. This met our standards. The new wait staff was very attentive and helpful. We would eat here again. Good stuff!
