After several months of asking for better communication, better pool service, and going through numerous new pool technicians, we had to cancel our monthly pool service. They started out strong, but the last four months there has been no communication, no follow-up, and no attention to pump readings, chlorine levels, etc. They are nice guys, but the owners are not properly training their new technicians and it shows in their pool service.
