I got excellent customer service from Gwen right from the start. Within an hour of calling I had my appointment which was same day! Mike came over rapidly and efficiently fix my clogged AC line all within my lunch hour too! Mike was friendly and happy to show me what was wrong with my AC.
What I liked about them was they gave me a specific time for my appointment, no 4 hour window like most service calls.
They did a great job. Do yourself a favor call them first.
