The hotel itself is very nice. The Commoner restaurant is very good with some very unique cocktails. For the price of the hotel I was disappointed in the beds. The rooms are very unique and funky.
We paid extra for a juice cleanse, to which is was explained that everything else would be emptied out of mini-bar (for both temptation and so you know what is paid for and what is not), but this was not done.
We would call down for our car that was valet'd (you almost have no choice being where the hotel is located) and twice the message never received the valet. The second time this happened the valet let us know we need to text them directly, that the messages don't always get to them.
We also had issues with our room temperature. First the fan was set at its lowest (which you cannot manage yourself), and the second time it was set to eco, and simply would not heat the room. At one point the room was 66 degrees and you have to wait for a technician to come up to fix it.
Overall it was an okay experience. Probably wouldn't go back again.
