We waited for 2 hours for my daughter to be called in. Appt was at 10 and we were not called in until just before 12. People were everywhere. There were at least 6 children and 1 adult sitting on the floor and 3 adults standing against the walls. No water, no snacks, not even a Keurig machine and they do not allow you to leave if you are a driver.
