I purchased my home new in 2003 and recently I have had to make small plumbing repairs. After visiting the big box stores where I was unable to get the parts or customer service they advertise, I found Ferguson's. These guys are great! Just today my under sink, shut off valve failed. I went to Ferguson's with a photo and left with the parts, tools and confidence I needed to tackle the job. A cut off valve replacement may not seem like much of a repair, and it wasn't, but you have to know where to start. After all, once you cut that pipe you have no water until you reach a solution. So, if you have never heard of PEX pipe, like me, you should speak to a pro first. The part that makes me want to write this review is the simple fact that the DIY homeowner cannot be their primary target market. The $100 dollars I've spent in their store for a few minor repairs is not how they make their living. They do it anyway. Thanks guys, the water is flowing again!
