I have been going to this car wash for the few months that I have been in AZ and I've always had a good experience. Never went to another car wash..... Until now. Some rude, unprofessional, bitter old man who refers to himself as Jimmy, gave me the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I paid for my car wash and I believed at the time that I was overcharged, so I tried to let him know. He said that he wasn't the one who overcharged me. I stated that I knew that. He then tried to walk away. I asked him who I needed to speak to about it, he again stated that he was not the one who overcharged me. I said never mind and proceeded to roll my window back up. He mumbled that I needed to relax, so of course I rolled my window back down to ask what he said. While rolling his eyes, he shuts the whole car wash down, while there is a car in mid wash. I told him never mind once again (because I know the person in the wash is freaking out). He stands there and looks at me for a while before turning the wash back on. Who does these things??? Throwing a tantrum on a customer??? I guess he was having a bad day or acting foolish because the manager (who I asked for) was on vacay. Idk. All I know is that I will not be returning as long as idiots like him are employed there.
