Horrible experience from the beginning! Nothing was leveled on the ground where plants and trees were planted. The watering system waters the middle of the yard, not the shrubs/plants where they're supposed to because of the ground not being leveled. Could not get a call back after numerous emails and calls to resolve the problem before the warranty expired. I was not communicated with about when the installer would be at my house. I would come home numerous times to my side gate being left wide open for the neighborhood to see and my home being left vulnerable. I would also come home to some work being done one day, assuming the installer would be back the next day and wasn't. We had pavers back ordered, no one called to tell us they were in, they were delivered to my house one day with no notice or communication. I now need help confirming what zones water which plants and trees but the company has no record of this information and has given me YouTube videos how to program the watering system. The information was never given at the time of install, and now some plants are dying. Their record keeping is solely kept in their installers' memories. This has been a nightmare from the beginning. The practices this company uses are inexcusable and horrendous.
