Originally from California, but spent some significant time in Las Vegas for business. I needed some work on my car and researched some car customization places. I was referred to MOB Customs from a friend, and couldn't have been happier with the services that I received.
I wanted to change out my stock stereo and needed some tint, as it gets extremely sunny out in LV.
Upon first arrival into the shop, I notice that there are many customers around, but I was personally greeted by staff member and inquired about my needs. Already a plus, being personally greeted and attended to.
I had explained to the tech and employee working in the shop that I wanted to change out my stereo system and install some tint. In the shop, I was shown a variety of options that met my stated budget, and also the various tint levels that were available and that I wanted for my car. At this point, I tried to play the haggle card, and was met with no pressure. They even welcomed that I shop around the area and see if I could get a better deal. Another plus - not being met pressure simply to make a sale.
After doing some further research with other custom shops in the area, I had decided that the stereo unit and tinting that I had chosen, was, in fact, the best deal in the area.
I took my car to the shop in the morning, and was quoted a working time of 3-4 hours. Fair enough. I had a friend accompany me to drop off my car. Came back later that afternoon, and found that the stereo that I wanted was properly installed, and the tint was placed to my liking, as well as my stock stereo placed in my car.
MOB Customs is extremely legitimate. I recommend this shop to my friends that want custom work done to their cars. No fuss, no hassle no pressure. Excellent customer service. Will definitely return.
