Rick Momsen with this company did a classic bait and switch on us at the very last minute. We were told we could do 3% down at 4.25% up to $450K. He got too busy to give us the prequal letter at the end of the day yesterday when we were ready to make an offer but he "promised" us that he could do that...he just needed to finalize things in the morning. Next morning comes and we get a prequal letter for 15% down 7.75% ARM. Do not use this company unless you enjoy a last-minute headache! Off to find a more reputable mortgage broker now.
