Terrible experience from beginning to end. They gave me a quote over email. I asked them to come to my house to answer some questions I had about property lines/our sprinkler system. They couldn't answer any of my questions and suddenly I had a new estimate for the exact same fence for $600 more. Took them over 6 weeks to install when they quoted 4. They wouldn't answer any questions I had before the install. Fence itself does not look like the one I ordered from the brochure they gave me. Owner couldn't fathom why someone would question not getting the exact fence they ordered. He didn't even ask me at the end if I was satisfied (probably because he knew I wasn't). Took me 4+ hours to clean up all the extra dirt, rock, and concrete they had left around the poles and in the yard. Wrote the owner after the job to tell him I was dissatisfied and he basically just brushed me off.
