FINAL UPDATE; They resent a much better designed arrangement within 3 hrs of my call. Nicely done. I've added more stars. They did the right thing, so I'm very pleased. UPDATE: They will replace the flowers with a "do-over" version. I will let you know if the new arrangement is satisfactory; ORGINAL COMMENT: Very disappointed. I ordered these for a dear friend of mine. When they arrived some of the flowers were wilted, they were not cut to the same level of the vase, so it looked scraggly (not like the picture at all) To be honest, I could have bought these same flowers at Publix and arranged them myself and done a much better job of copying the picture. I'll attach a picture of the comparison (ordered vs. what was recvd) if I can find the ADD PIC button for this review app. In the end, I was horribly embarrassed...I should have sent her a $60 gift cert to a restaurant or clothing store instead.
