I was feeling a little tweaked in my neck and back and felt an adjustment would be beneficial. I haven't been to a Chiropractor in a while and decided to try Back Fit. After filling out the appropriate medical forms, I was brought to an office where I was questioned another 15 minutes, given 5 more forms to sign, then given a brochure on Subluxation in which I was asked to read and study it. I was then quizzed on what I read in the most patronizing manner. The Doc came in and wanted to do XRAYs, etc. I told them I was not comfortable with that. I JUST WANTED AN ADJUSTMENT. They informed me they do not do adjustments on first visit. If they had just told me this from the start I could have saved us both the time and effort. I had now wasted over an hour of my day and never got adjusted. After they agreed to adjust ONLY my lower back for 2 x what I would pay elsewhere, I left and went to a previous Doc that gets you in and out in 10 minutes. As far as I can tell, this is more of a PT place than Chiropractic office. it also seems like a big money grab.
