Over 15 min since my scheduled appointment has passed, still waiting, and another lady has been waiting over half an hour since her appointment time. When she asked about it the receptionist said she would check on it then started laughing/giggling at her. The lady said "this isn't a laughing matter" and the receptionist ignored her.
YMMV but beware you may not be seen anywhere near your appointment time.
