This tea store has multiple locations. This one is located in the food court at Chandler Fashion Center. Just a little about their menu: they sort their menu based on certain themes such as "Nuditea" for the low/zero calorie options. I love boba, and I am more accustomed to a more traditional place with simpler names like "black milk tea with boba" or "thai tea with jelly" but this place does get credit for the creative names on their menu. However, the names do make it slightly confusing to order and does take some time to decipher the menu. There is a description of the item underneath the name itself which helps significantly. They also have nutrition information available. This is extremely important and ALWAYS a bonus for me!!!
It was my first time purchasing a drink at this location. This place definitely has a more commercial feel to it. The young lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. She was able to point out multiple things about the menu that I didn't notice. Pricing is a little on the expensive side....I'm not a fan of the price. Once I ordered, my drink came out very quickly. The boba "bottoms" was very soft and squishy all throughout, which can be a difficult feat to achieve. It was a little too far on the soft side...almost like goop but not that bad. I got the Clover this time and it was sweet, but it was just right. I wasn't paying attention so I couldn't tell if their drinks are fresh-made or powder-made. It doesn't really matter to me either way. As long as it tastes good!!! Which it did!
