I was very disappointed with this establishment today. I always go here to get my acrylic gel nails and a pedicure and I'm generally pretty happy. Today the nail technician for my pedicure was the worst I've ever had. She told me that she just got out of high school and did cosmetology course in high school. The pedicure was anything but relaxing. My cuticles are still very long and I paid for the deluxe pedicure which was $40 and my calluses look the exact same. She was very nice but I feel that pink nails has failed her and not given her proper training. She did the 2 exfoliator and the mask halfway up my calf and didn't go up any higher and put my shoes on before she did lotion because she forgot to do the lotion. I honestly could have done a better job at home it was a waste of my time and money. They should not be hiring girls right out of high school and not giving them the proper training to do a pedicure. I hate to complain because I really do like the place, Mike is my favorite. Sadly this was such an awful experience I will not be returning.
