If you are in N. Vegas, Stay far from this internet services. Good rates but horrible service and now i know why the rates are so good. You have NO internet services/connection. If I can give a ZERO on the rating I would. It's been a week and multiple calls to the company to get it fix. Still, NOT done. This is also with a call to Supervisor, Terri C. Who promised that we get a tech out first thing. 4 hrs later, we are still waiting and with another call to customer services, who then tells us tat it's pushed back again for 4 time in a week. What the a Hell is this company doing....get way to lose their customers. POOR SERVICES.
