Earthfare is one of my favorite places to grab a healthy lunch! They have a very fresh salad bar that has every topping you could imagine.
Not in the mood for a salad? They have 4 soups that change daily, 2 of them are usually vegetarian or vegan friendly. They have a pizza station that is absolutely delicious! Their hot station changes constantly as well but it always has very tasty options to choose from. They have sushi, fruit, fresh squeezed juices, potato salads, sandwiches, a bakery, you name it!
The staff is so nice. You can dine in or take out. Their to-go containers are compostable and they recycle everything. I seriously love this place!
