After a 3 decade absence from cycling and a late night online purchase of a bike direct from Diamondback I was happy to discover that I wouldn't have to assemble and set it up myself and that I had the option of having it sent direct to Century Cycle and get the job done right. When I got the FedEx confirmation that the bike had been delivered I called the shop to inquire how long it might take. I spoke with Neal who was pleasant, polite and treated me like an old customer. When I got the call today that the bike was ready (only 2 days after I called them) I raced down and once more dealt with Neal who took lots of time to help me with suggestions on my getting back into cycling. Two thumbs up for Century Cycle. Count me in as a very satisfied new customer.
