This one is for David; our mortgage broker who pulled off our refinance in July. Without having to go into detail, we were declined by another lender and chances of our refinance being approved were slim. We had given up when David called and told us that bank number 20 had given us a green light. The funny thing is that most banks that had declined us weren't up to date with guidelines, all 19 of them! Only one was aware of a recent change that made our refinance possible. It wouldn't have happened without David's determination, his refusal to take no for an answer.
