I ordered a blanket for my wife 11 days before Christmas. I paid the expedited shipping just to make sure it arrived on time. Never got a confirmation email, no email with tracking info, nothing. I had to call probably 10 times to speak with their crumby customer service to get this info. I had to call again two days before it was supposed to be delivered to find out they hadn't shipped it yet. On top of that, they held the shipment hostage trying to get me to pay for two day air shipping after they forgot to ship it the week before. This is on top of the shipping and expedited shipping I already paid. At the end of the day, the blanket will not be delivered before Christmas, leaving me screwed. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have. Buyer beware!
