What happened to Jamba Juice? I haven't visited JJ in a very long time and I was floored to see this when I was passing through. Although, I LOVE their "Dream Machine" that tastes like a dreamsicle, half and half bar. I was disappointed to see several changes: * They no longer have the unique cup size names and is now the standard: small, medium and or large. * They no longer use the styrofoam cups (good for the environment), but the paper cups make the smoothie get super loose too quickly. * They no longer offer the free selected powder boost. It's now .25 cents. We bought (2) large Dream Machines with an energy boost for both and the total was over $13! I think that's super outrageous on the price. They offer an incentive program with points, but I'm not sure if I am interested in the program or visiting frequently with the prices being as high as they are. On the positive side of things, customer service is friendly and quick and it appeared to be clean too.
