This rating is for the store only as I have not used the salon.
The store is organized well, the staff actually knows where things are and will take the time to walk you to the proper section of the store (score!), this particular store is always clean, the prices arent gouging or cheap either, and the return policy is fabulous.
Note: if you use a product and its not for you, you can return it if you have used less than 25% of product. I had an allergic reaction to an expensive shampoo and they took it back with a smile. Also, there are "$3.50 off $10 or more spent" coupons on the Ulta website all the time! I dont think the coupon is excluded on sales either.
