I truly adore this apartment complex! I have lived here for 10 months and this community is very quite with very few children running around. The property is maintained very well and the staff at the office is always very helpful when I need anything taken care of. I've had to contact maintenance on three separate occasions, two of which were due to me and one was because of my A/C going out on me. I called the hotline around 8pm and someone contacted me from Lunaire Maintenance about 10 minutes later(which is GREAT). The only thing I didn't like is he said that they don't consider the A/C going out as an emergency therefore it would have to wait until the next day. Granted, the temp outside wasn't nearly as hot as AZ can get so I was able to raise my windows and get a good flow of air that night.
This community no longer accepts payments in person. Everything is done online which is a PLUS for me! If you do not want to be charged a fee online you must use a check and not a Debit card. I'm not sure of the fee to use a Debit but I would assume it's $10 or less.
Other than the A/C issue, I would highly recommend this apartment property to anyone looking for a more mature and quiet living.
