Do not go here!!! I took my almost 3 year old daughter today for ear piercing. Because we have had a previous bad experience in the past with her, I asked for the most experienced person. The manager overheard me, looked over at us, shook her head and said " nope, that's your piercing" to the new sales associate. Another associate walked over to help assist us. She took over the sale, reassured me, telling us that I needed these much bigger earrings even though my child is tiny for her age. They asked me if I wanted them done at the same time, ( which made sense) so I agreed. However the newer girl came over and the. they pierced them at the same time. I noticed something was wrong when the associate looked nervous, made a strange face and walked off. My daughter who usually never cries or feels pain, cried the entire day, even with pain meds. I spent some time this evening really looking at them and noticed the right ear was pierced, at an angle going up and towards the crease of the ear in the back, basically the corner. So the back of these ginormous earrings have been cutting up her skin. These backs are super sharp. This experience and earrings are so disappointing compared to the Amazing earrings and service we had 3 years prior with my other daughter. I'm so frustrated that I couldn't even leave them in for an entire night because of the way they're sticking straight in her skin and cutting the back of her ear. I specifically told them I was being picky because of a previously bad experience. If she was 8 or 9 I would have let a newer trained piercer do it. I'm not worried about my daughter having earrings but she constantly asks me to be just like sister. Now it's become traumatic, painful and a waste of money, my daughters been crying all night, and all because of the rude manger who didn't care.
