Had a great service experience today. My bill was becoming outrageous so I called to see what other options I had, if any. The rep named Sierra took complete care of me and actually lowered my monthly bill and I was able to keep my current package. This will be saving me $50 a month. I have seen and heard so many horrible stories about CL but I have never had a bad one in 4 years with them.
