Well here I go....
I have been in retail going on 29 years..... yes Retail and it has afforded me a great life with lots of great people to work with over the years and many of them have become close friends.... Now with that said.... it's an emotional thing for me.... get it?
For J Crew at Southpark Mall in Charlotte NC .... I say this store checks all the boxes for a friendly, caring, cool staff!!!
They honestly are the most friendly bunch and really love their job and believe me folding and refolding and refilling tables day in day out can be tedious work.... some how they manage to do that and smile and help... they offer the best service out there in this sad world called retail thanks to Amazon... ( that's another review a not so nice one)
Now the offering it is great for most men and women and yes the kiddies too.... only thing I don't like is that the Company never lets the smaller stores carry some of the things you find while shopping in NYC but that's not the stores fault ....
