Great doctors! Unfortunately the customer service folks don't seem to understand that they are there to provide a service. Third year in a row of disappointment. Professionalism is definetly lacking at the entrance. If I ever get my glasses back with the right prescription I won't be returning. Very disappointing as I really like the doctors. Just tired of the yearly visit attitude, wait and errors. Sometimes "sorry" isn't enough, action is required.
