Absolutely the worst company. A total scam. STAY AWAY. I paid over $700 for getting the freezer for my SubZero fridge fixed. After 3 service calls, technician replaced 2 parts in the freezer, but broke the light switch and tried to charge for that too. After he left,the temperature in the freezer never stabilized, still fluctuates between 10 and 0 degrees and the service error code is still getting displayed. The company supposedly provides 30 day labor and 1 year parts warranty, but they refuse to come and address the problem and that's after multiple phone calls. Most likely one of the parts installed was defective. They are also refusing to provide a refund. Btw, the technician working on this was Alex S. A very confident guy who apparently had no ideas what he was doing. Awful company.
