I am also biased as this is the only salon I have been to in Cleveland to get my hair cut at. Obviously the experience was good enough to keep me coming back.
I see the owner, Cindy. She consistently does a great job with my hair. That being said, I don't go for anything fancy and have never died my hair. The bonus of going here is that they offer a small student discount and they have a very friendly atmosphere. There is lots of chatter during the appointment and she always remembers me and my friends and what was happening last time I came in. Note that her dog will undoubtedly be running around as you wait and get your hair done, so if this will bother you, you may want to try elsewhere.
The only reason for the 4 stars as opposed to 5 is that the first two times I felt like I had a rather long wait, but the otherwise since then have this has not happened. They make up for this by spending a good amount of time with each costumer.
