I do not know why this cvs only have 2 1/2 stars but for me their costumer service is nice and excellent, they working pretty hard , last thu i need to buy the medicine for my daughter but for some reason my insurance doesnt cover for some issue , so i have no choice i need to pay cash from my pocket , insurance company said if i can pay cash first and after everything fix i can do refund for medicine money , and cvs pharmacy agree with it ... Miss lynn help us with her profesional way ... Nothing hard and very fast service , people need to be understand how pharmacy is , they work so hard for us ... We need to appreciate... Thx cvs .
