They use a 3rd party delivery company in most situations this causes a lot of hassle. It took me 3 scheduled appointments to get things right. The sales staff is pretty descent, but delivery is lacking from expertise, to communication with customer. I wouldn't do any business with them that required future delivery. Recently I tried out Brother's Main and found the delivery crew very prompt and professional.
