I have been visiting this Sprint store for a few years now and they never disappoint. Every representative is always nice, helpful, and smiling. This time around, I thought I'd go on a lunch break to the nearest Sprint to my office, bad idea. The information and customer service that I received from the Charleston store left me feeling uneasy about continuing my service with Sprint at all. I waited a few days, threatening to switch providers or go back to a flip phone from an Iphone, and decided to visit my long time favorite store. Justin T. and Russ made sure I had all of the information I needed to proceed. They understood my frustrations and were supportive of whatever I wanted for my upgrades. They walked me through the new plans and options, insurance, and upgrade phone options, all with a smile. I knew I should've just stuck with this store from the beginning, I won't be visiting any other stores from now on. Thanks to all for making my phone buying experience a great one.
