I purchased a groupon before reading the yelp reviews, so I felt committed in seeing my treatment for laser-hair removal through. The sessions were very brief and painful, but I did see a change in hair-growth. No fan-fare. Very basic service.
I had to cancel an appointment, and did so about ~30 hours in advance but they wouldn't allow me to reschedule (their policy requires 48 hours). I knew that I had one additional appointment left for treatment and they claimed that I did not. For these reasons, my treatment has ended two sessions early. As a result, although my hair growth has been minimised in the treatment area, I definitely haven't seen permanent results. I'll be looking for another clinic to do more treatments.
