I reviewed this practice poorly just last week after a bad experience with a few rude staff members, but a good experience with the dr I saw, but wanted to update my review, because the day I was there must have been one of those days where everybody was having a really horrible morning because today, when I went back for my ultrasound it was a completely different experience. Everybody was friendly and polite, including front desk staff. Plus I must commend the Ultrasound Tech, Debbie, who made my pelvic ultrasound as pleasant as a pelvic and intravaginal ultrasound can be. Her bedside manner is amazing. Plus she explained everything that was happening, and everything we both could see on the monitors. It's a huge practice, and that might not be everybody's style, but I must say that today was a huge difference from my first experience.
