I had an awesome car-buying experience at Carolina VW this week! After going through the typical high pressure run-around at a few other dealers, the customer service I received at Carolina VW was a refreshing surprise. I worked mostly with Blaine and Henry, but all of the other guys were very kind and helpful as well. I don't typically buy new cars, but the deal they offered me was better than I could find on comparable used models. No need for haggling/arguing over the price at all. They were very straight forward and friendly from the time I walked in the door, and I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. I ended up with a 2013 Golf TDI, and I couldn't be happier!
