I've come in on 2 separate occasions now and I think that it's been two different experiences. Both times, my hunger levels were on par with each other. The first time I went, it was about a 20 minute wait, so we went to Whole Foods, took a swirl and came back and it was our turn. We had the tonkotsu black and it was very delicious - the broth was flavourful, the pork was tender, and the noodles were great. We got their matcha cheesecake and maybe it's because I'm not a huge cheesecake fan but I thought it was "okay". The next occasion, there was no wait time but for some reason, their broth/noodle combination changed in quality. It was no longer as delicious. I don't know if it was just an off day that day. I've also had their slow cooked wings, which was...alright. Their fried chicken is quite good and worth trying - make sure you zest it with the lemon first! Finally, their wakame salad is worth ordering too. Overall, I'm in between a 3 and 4 stars and since I can't give halfsies, I'm going to declare it in this review that it's a 3.5 star review.
