Rodica Bartels (Agent/Broker) was the seller agent for the house I just purchased, after the inspection we agreed on a list of things needed to be fixed. Seller's agent is fully in charge of hiring the right people to fix everything, after we close the house and went to the house, two of the problems were not fixed, one was fixed the three days later after the closing date, and another one is not fixed at all. We also don't have both garage openers which the seller's agent said they have dropped them off (which they are no where to be found). I have called seller agent and she is refuse to help or give out any information for the problems they suppose to fix, and said this is all my problems now.The seller agent does not want to give out any information or showing any interest of fixing the problems. During our house buying process, she is always very delay on all the responses. I have bought many real estate and dealt with many real estate agents before, as we have multiple rental homes, I advise if you are out of town any trying to sell your house she is not be the best agent for that.
