A wonderful martial arts school for adults or the whole family. The instructors are very caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. My husband and older son have been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here for years (since Strong Heart opened) and as soon as our 3 little ones are old enough they'll start also. We've moved further away from the school, but still make the drive because there is just no comparison to any of the other schools nearby. Our family will always stay at Strong Heart.
