I'm so happy with the service I received this weekend. Chris came out to look at my door that was not opening properly. He was very honest, letting me know the cost of a fix vs. the cost of a new motor. It ended up just needing a fix, which he did perfectly and didn't try to upsell me or anything. He was very thorough in explaining what the problem was, and even gave me tips on how to fix minor issues myself. My door works like a charm now, but when it does come time to replace the opener, I will 100% call this company again!
