Make that 8 voicemails. I was told my issue was not pressing enough to receive a call back. 'The manager is calling tenants until midnight, that's how behind we are.' Well, 2 weeks is too long for a basic maintenance repair, and if you can't get that together then you shouldn't run an apartment complex! Also, until midnight? You're calling tenants until midnight? Sounds like either bullshit or the manager doesn't understand you don't call a tenant and wake them up in the middle of the night to discuss maintenance issues. Either way, that's a problem. Now my newly 'repaired' shower is running full steam ahead and the faucet head came off in my hand...waiting on after hour maintenance right now.
